If your photos or videos can’t be delivered after your photographer or videographer has provided their services:
Written contract with the photographer or videographer
Proof of any payments made
Written confirmation from the supplier explaining why the images can’t be delivered (for example lost, damaged or corrupted media, or equipment failure)
A death certificate, if the photographer or videographer has died before delivery
